		<Abstract>The primary objective of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness and employee perception of the statutory and nonstatutory benefit programs at Tata Motors In the contemporary automotive industry characterized by rapid technological shifts and intense competition for skilled talent the strategic alignment of employee benefits with worker needs is a critical determinant of organizational stability and productivity This study explores the correlation between comprehensive benefit packages and overall job satisfaction seeking to identify if current offerings are perceived as competitive and equitable by the workforce The research follows a descriptive research design Primary data was collected through a structured questionnaire administered to a sample of 100 employees across different functional departments at Tata Motors using a convenient sampling technique Secondary data was sourced from annual reports HR policy manuals and academic journals to provide a contextual framework for the study The analysis focuses on key dimensions such as health insurance retirement plans leave policies and worklife balance initiatives Statistical tools including percentage analysis and Likert scale modeling were employed to interpret the data Preliminary findings indicate a high level of satisfaction regarding statutory benefits however there is a distinct gap in the perception of nonmonetary rewards and flexible benefit options among midlevel management The study concludes that while Tata Motors maintains a robust traditional benefit structure there is a localized need to modernize soft benefits to cater to a multigenerational workforce</Abstract>
