		<Abstract>In order to comprehend how inventory procedures affect the companys financial success this study looks at Kesoram Cements inventory management tactics during a fiveyear period In addition to financial indicators like trade receivables profitloss and current liabilities the study assesses important inventoryrelated metrics such raw materials consumed inventory changes workinprogress and finished items The results point to notable fluctuations in inventory levels with a pattern of rising stock accumulation through FY 2024 and a precipitous drop in FY 2025 Significant fluctuations in trade receivables and cash situations indicated problems with working capital efficiency and liquidity</Abstract>
