		<Abstract>This project presents an AIBased Timetable Generation System aligned with the National Education Policy NEP 2020 The system automates the process of generating academic timetables by considering faculty availability classroom allocation course requirements student preferences and institutional constraints It improves efficiency accuracy and flexibility while supporting the multidisciplinary and studentcentric approach promoted by NEP 2020 The system uses artificial intelligence and optimization techniques to generate conflictfree timetables within a short time It automatically detects and resolves scheduling conflicts ensuring the effective utilization of classrooms faculty members and teaching hours Traditional timetable preparation is a manual and timeconsuming process that is prone to human errors scheduling conflicts and frequent modifications due to changes in faculty courses or classroom availability These limitations reduce administrative efficiency and create inconvenience for both students and faculty Therefore there is a need for an intelligent automated and costeffective timetable generation system that can produce optimized schedules while complying with NEP 2020 guidelines and improving the overall academic planning process</Abstract>
