		<Abstract>Our project AI Assist Telemedicine Kiosk for Rural India is designed to improve healthcare access in rural areas where medical facilities and qualified doctors are limited The system uses Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to predict diseases based on the symptoms entered by the user and provides health recommendations suggested medicines and doctor consultation advice It is developed using Python Flask HTML CSS JavaScript and SQLite with the Random Forest algorithm implemented through Scikitlearn for accurate disease prediction Patient details and prediction records are stored securely in the database for future reference The telemedicine kiosk helps reduce unnecessary hospital visits supports early disease detection and provides quick preliminary healthcare assistance Overall the project offers an affordable reliable and userfriendly solution to improve healthcare services for people living in rural and remote communities</Abstract>
