		<Abstract>The Eye GazeBased Cursor Control System using OpenCV is developed to provide a handsfree method of controlling the computer cursor through eye movements The main objective of this project is to assist individuals with physical disabilities who find it difficult to use a conventional mouse or keyboard The system uses a standard webcam to capture realtime video and detect the users face and eye region By tracking the position of the pupil with the help of OpenCV Dlib and Python libraries the cursor moves according to the direction of the users eye movement The implementation is simple costeffective and does not require any specialized hardware or wearable sensors This approach improves accessibility while offering a natural and convenient way of interacting with a computer The project demonstrates that computer vision techniques can be effectively used to build userfriendly humancomputer interaction systems making digital technology more accessible to people with motor impairments and enhancing their independence</Abstract>
