		<Abstract>The Smart AIBased Weather Forecasting and Climate Analysis Platform is an intelligent system that utilizes Artificial Intelligence AI and Machine Learning ML techniques to provide accurate weather forecasts and climate analysis The platform analyzes historical weather data including temperature humidity wind speed atmospheric pressure and precipitation to predict future weather conditions using advanced machine learning algorithms Unlike traditional forecasting methods which often have limited accuracy and require extensive manual analysis the proposed system offers automated prediction realtime data visualization and comprehensive climate trend analysis through a userfriendly web interface Multiple machine learning models are trained and evaluated using performance metrics such as Accuracy Mean Absolute Error MAE Root Mean Square Error RMSE and R Score to identify the most effective forecasting model The system enables users to make informed decisions in sectors such as agriculture disaster management transportation tourism and daily planning by providing reliable weather predictions and climate insights</Abstract>
