		<Abstract>The digital transformation of recruitment processes has emerged as a strategic imperative for modern organizations This paper presents NextHire an intelligent webbased recruitment and professional networking platform that addresses the fragmentation and coordination inefficiencies inherent in contemporary hiring ecosystems The platform integrates centralized job management realtime bidirectional communication cloudbased media handling multirole recruiter evaluation workflows and professional social networking into a single scalable system NextHire is built on the MERN stack MongoDB Expressjs Reactjs Nodejs augmented with SocketIO for realtime WebSocket communication ImageKit for cloudbased media management and a comprehensive multilayered security model comprising JSON Web Tokens JWT bcryptjs password hashing and OTPbased email verification A fourrole RoleBased Access Control RBAC system governs access for Candidate Employer Recruiter and Coordinator users each with dedicated dashboards and permissioncontrolled functionalities Comprehensive testing across functional security performance and integration dimensions validates the platforms reliability scalability and readiness for production digital hiring environments The project demonstrates how modern fullstack web technologies cloud computing services and realtime communication architectures can be synthesized to build an intelligent unified recruitment ecosystem</Abstract>
