HEALTHBOT-MULTI_DISEASE PREDICTION CHATBOT USING NLP AND MACHINE LEARNING MODELS
mHealth Bot is an intelligent healthcare chatbot designed to assist users in identifying potential diseases based on their reported symptoms using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques. The system provides an interactive conversational interface through which users can describe their symptoms in natural language rather than selecting from predefined medical options. The NLP module processes and interprets the user's input, extracts relevant symptoms, and converts the information into a structured format suitable for machine learning prediction. Multiple disease prediction models are integrated into the system to analyze symptom patterns and predict possible health conditions. The chatbot is designed to support the prediction of multiple diseases, providing users with preliminary information about possible conditions based on the symptoms they provide. The system can also present relevant precautions, general health recommendations, and guidance on seeking professional medical assistance when appropriate. By combining conversational AI, NLP, and machine learning, mHealthBot aims to make preliminary health information more accessible, interactive, and user-friendly. The proposed system is intended as a decision-support and educational tool, not as a replacement for professional medical diagnosis.
